Mr. Md Atiquzzaman is graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1983 and completed his MBA in Finance from Dhaka University. He has 35 years of experience in Energy Infrastructure Sector under different Companies of Petrobangla and 3 years in the Financial Sector at Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Limited (BIFFL), a Company under Ministry of Finance. He has served around 7 years as the Managing Director of - Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL), being responsible for Implementation, Operation and Maintenance of High pressure Natural Gas Pipeline Infrastructure in Bangladesh, - Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Limited (BAPEX), being responsible for Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbon in Bangladesh and as Executive Director & CEO of Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Limited (BIFFL), to facilitate in financing PPP Infrastructure Projects. Having more than 35 years of corporate experience in Energy Infrastructure (Up-stream/ Mid-Stream/ Down-stream) Sector, he has obtained considerable experience in the fields of Pipelines and Facilities Design, Material Engineering, Preparation of Bid documents for procurement under ADB financed Projects, for Pipeline Construction and Turn-key Contracts, Bid evaluation thereof, Flow Control and Measurement, Natural Gas Plant Erection, Testing and Commissioning, System Operation and Maintenance, Load Management, Vigilance Activities and Liaison with different Government/ Semi-Government/ Private organizations and Donor Agencies. He has successful track record of implementing 2(two) ADB & GOB-Financed Projects, namely, “System Loss Reduction of TGTDCL” and “Supply Efficiency Improvement of TGTDCL” as Project Director for more than 5 years and “Greater Titas Franchise Area Gas Distribution Project (Phase-4)”, a Company-Financed Project of TGTDCL as Project Manager for more than 3 years. He was involved in preparation of "Gas Sector Master Plan", as a member of the Steering Committee formed by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. He was also a member of the study team responsible for conducting "Techno-economic Feasibility Study for supply of Natural Gas to the western region of Bangladesh".

Mr. Md Shamsul Alam is graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and has more than 33 years of power generation and industrial experience. He has completed many feasibility study and pre-feasibility study projects as a Team Leader/ Deputy Team Leader/ Project Coordinator, which includes the Payra 1320MW Coal Fired Power Plant Project of NWPGCL, Sirajganj 225 MW Dual Fuel Combined Cycle Power Plant (2nd Unit) of NWPGCL, Madhumati 108 MW HFO Based Power Plant of NWPGCL, proposed Munshiganj 600-800 MW Coal Fired Power Plant of EGCB and Jolshiri Abashon Project of Army Housing (Township Project). He has conducted Owner’s Engineering or Construction Supervision Services for Madhumati 100 MW HFO Based Power Plant, Ghorashal 365 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), Balloki 225 MW CCPP (in Pakistan), Konaseema 450 MW CCPP (in India) and Kerawalapitiya 300 MW HFO Fired CCPP (in Sri Lanka), Mymensingh 60 MW Gas Turbine Based Power Plant. He has also worked in maintenance of power plants, such as Haripur 360 MW CCPP and Meghnaghat 450 MW CCPP. He has worked as Lender’s Independent Engineer for many HFO Gas Fired engine based and a combined cycle power plant.
